The newest design programs and technology are used, and the newest metal constructions and hydraulic technologies have been utilized to design and build truck dumping platforms for grain silos. The project involved mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and structural system design to conform with international codes and standards. Design criteria was to design a hydraulic platform to lift 60 tons truck load to 30 Deg slope to enable dumping grains into ground gain pit. 90 second was required time to raise platform from horizontal to 30 deg incline.
